Wextani Inversiones S.R.L. ("Wextani", "we") respects the privacy of everyone visiting wextani.com and processes personal data in line with the Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Law No. 164 on Telecommunications and international best practice.

2. Data we collect
We collect: (i) identification data you voluntarily provide in forms (name and email address); (ii) technical browsing data (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited); (iii) cookie data according to your consent settings.
3. Purposes
We use the data to: send the newsletter, respond to enquiries, measure site performance, comply with our legal obligations before ASFI and prevent fraudulent use of the platform.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent when completing forms and accepting this policy, as well as on our legitimate interest in operating and keeping the site secure.
5. Retention
Newsletter data is retained while your subscription remains active. Technical logs are stored for up to 24 months. You can request early deletion at any time.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. We only share information with infrastructure providers (hosting, transactional email) acting as data processors, and with competent authorities when the law requires it.
7. International transfers
Our providers may store data on servers located outside Bolivia (mainly South America and the United States). In every case we require contractual clauses that guarantee an adequate level of protection.
8. Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@wextani.com. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational safeguards: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls and annual security audits.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The date of the latest revision will always be shown at the top of the document.
