These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website wextani.com, owned by Wextani Inversiones S.R.L. By accessing the site you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Purpose
The website wextani.com is intended to present Wextani's proposition in real estate crowdlending and to allow visitors to subscribe to an informational newsletter. The site alone does not constitute a public offering of securities or individual financial advice.
2. Permitted use
Users agree to use the site in accordance with applicable Bolivian law, refraining from any fraudulent or abusive conduct or from interfering with the normal operation of the service.
3. Intellectual property
All content (text, trademarks, logos, designs, photographs) is owned by Wextani Inversiones S.R.L. or its licensors. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, requires prior written authorisation.
4. Registration and subscription
To subscribe to the newsletter you must provide a truthful name and email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for keeping it up to date.
5. Investment risks
Real estate crowdlending involves risks, including possible delays in construction, partial or total loss of capital and market fluctuations. Historical returns do not guarantee future results. Each specific offering has its own documentation which must be read carefully before participating.
6. Regulatory framework
Wextani operates under authorisation from the Financial System Supervisory Authority (ASFI), No. IF/CI-234/2024, within the framework of Law No. 393 on Financial Services of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
7. Limitation of liability
Wextani shall not be liable for interruptions beyond its control, nor for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount effectively paid by the user to Wextani during the twelve months prior.
8. Amendments
Wextani may amend these Terms by communicating the changes through the site at least 15 days before they take effect.
9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of La Paz.
